- Books purchased from LowLeadBooks.com can be returned for refund within 30 days from the purchased date (No cash or checks will be issued in lieu of the method of payment used to purchase the item).
- Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received. Sealed items cannot be returned if unwrapped, unless they are defective.
- LowLeadBooks.com will not credit returns if the diskette packages, or CD-ROMs have broken seals.

Books must be returned unused and unmarked.

All other electronics, computer hardware and components must be return by mail within 15 days.

If you were sent an incorrect, damaged or defective product, we can either replace the exact item for you (if available) or issued a full refund.
- Enclose your receipt or transaction ID with your return to facilitate refund, after your items have been received by our order department, credit will be issued to the original method of payment for the amount, less shipping charges and adjustment.
