About the Author
Robin Brewer, Ph.D., is an associate professor at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado. She has also worked as a special education teacher and a behavioral consultant for the Colorado Department of Education. Robin started the Autism Task Force while at the Colorado Department of Education and continues to be an active member, training teams to work with students with autism around the state. Tracy Gershwin Mueller, Ph.D., is an assistant professor at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado. Tracy previously worked as a special education teacher and a behavior analyst for families of children and adults with behavior challenges. Her area of expertise includes positive behavior support, parent-school partnerships, and alternative dispute resolution. Tracy is a Colorado-trained mediator.
